We normally ship retail orders on the same working day. In case, we are short of stock, we shall intimate you by email the derivery date.
All Order are shipped by Thailands Registered Postal Services about 2-4 weeks depends on your destination.

The goods ones sold will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent is the item other than the ordered Item. Either replacement or a full refund will be given for this mistake.
Goods will be replaced or repaired if any manufacturing defects are found

We start processing of retail orders only on realising the full payment.

For wholesale orders the customer pays, 40% advance as confirmation of the order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment, we shall send you a mail. The customer should clear the rest 60%. Then, we shall ship the goods on the same day.
